"If you go looking for something in particular, your chances of finding it are very bad, because of all the things in the world, you're only looking for one of them. If you go looking for anything at all, your chances of finding it are very good, because of all the things in the world, you're sure to find some of them."
Short story: It's a name out of a belgian comic book. The character with this name was a norse empress who's personality and looks I found inspiring. I'm pagan and I work with my ancestry, which happens to be germanic/norse.
And what are examples of a lot worse?
Let's just say I spent my time on IRC ten years ago, in a channel with only males and I was a 17 year old blonde, green-eyed girl. The only two topics in the channel were sex, women and technology, and as I'm not a geek...
I've heard 'em all, and if I haven't, then I'm pretty sure I can take it :P

Yes by the way, i did use that deragotory term in my head, one of my english teacher implictly forced that negative connotation of feminists in me.
I used to be more feministic back when, but you get less edgy as you get to know the world more. I love men, and think they're fascinating creatures which I can never really hope to understand. But that won't stop me from trying *grin*. On the other hand, I can get very frustrated at the second class treatment women sometimes get, not to mention the fact that you do not get taken seriously because you're female and therefore emotional which adds up to 'non-professional'.
