Being intelligible is one thing. Having content is another. I'm voting "yes".

Yes... but that should apply to all people, like you also said in that post.
You should think that way with every person you ever listen to. You should account for the possibility that what you think you understand, you may not.
So, if that's reason for saying Nocapszy is intelligible, but it applies to all people, does that not mean you have reason to say all people are intelligible?

Or is the difference that with some people, you think you understand, but may not, while with other people you don't even think you understand to begin with?

Complex doesn't necessarily mean unintelligible Magic.

The difference is that nobody else has a thread asking the question about them. If they did, and I thought they wrote intelligibly, it would apply to them as well. If they did, but I didn't think they wrote intelligibly, it wouldn't apply to them.

Here's an example. I frequently don't understand Victor. Yet, I'm hesitant to mark this up to him being unintelligible, since others seem to pick up what he lays down. On the other hand, I usually think I understand wildcat, though I don't always get confirmation of that from him so I can't be certain. Others seem to consider him unintelligible so I'm more aware of the possibility that I may be misunderstanding without realizing it.

    That happens now. Here.
Everywhere else too. I don't care. Not my problem.
I confess to great conceit. I offer my ideas -- I do not spoon feed them. When I offer these things, I am not appealing your approval. I am simply offering brilliance. Take it or don't.

[BlueWing] earlier argued that appeal is inherently tied in with offering. He is wrong. Its not. I make my ideas available. You can figure it out on your own, or don't. Either way I'm content in knowing that what I've made available, not matter how much of a feat it is to achieve understanding, is worthwhile and accurate.

I understand the philosophy quite well, though I adopted it to a lesser extent years ago, and have tempered it a bit, for better or worse.

    It's viable.

Wouldn't this mean that intelligibility is essentialy indeterminable?

It would mean that it is largely subjective. Which, I think, is the case.
