Don't go all the way through The light shines through the insides well enough.

I'm using LED puck lights for the actual day, but this was with a candle. Looks better with the over-powered LEDs

Here's the one I did this evening with my roommate. Didn't use a real pumpkin, since I didn't want to live with the mess. Instead used those new foamy ones from Michael's. Also got to use a battery-powered carving saw (like the little saws you get in the pattern packages)...that thing is dangerous and makes me want to be a mad scientist so I can threaten to give lobotomies to unsuspecting children.

I have to say...I like real pumpkins better.

Wow, that's really cool! Is it Nosferatu?

I just realized that the pumpkin Thing 1 designed looks EXACTLY like my late grandfather. Lone tooth and all.

Not meant to be. But I can see how it ended up looking like him. So, for all intents and purposes, yeah it's Nosferatu now.

I had to go look up that name because it was vaguely familiar and finally made the connection between the name and the character. I r sow unedumikated.

Hey, I only know because of that one Spongebob where it turns out Nosferatu is the one who has been flickering the lights on and off.

I like the one Thing 1 did in the middle. Looks like a character that should belong on Squidbillies. The owl's cute too.

    Very nice.

That's where I knew the image from too!

Awesome! I haven't carved a pumpkin since I was a kid, but I kind of want to now. Guess it's too late for this year, though.

Jeez! Your Carvings are awesome Guys.
I wish I could make those too, but unfortunately Halloween is not really established over here (and no, not even the Trick or Treaters ><), so I can do absolutely Nothing on my favorite Holiday of the Year!
    I sure envy you.
