The abstract has the potential for vast amounts of information.

A picture of you has very little use beyond reference.

-How beautiful, this pale Endymion hour.
    -What are you talking about?
-Endymion, my dear. A beautiful youth possessed by the moon.
-Well, forget about him and get to bed.
    -Yes, my dear.

when i see a self avi...i know that person speaks for himself...and knows...no one or no thing can do it quite as well

and when i see...a non self avi...i think that person...identifies more with whatever feeling is expressed in the pic then they are able to express themselves

but then again...maybe both are unreasonable assumptions

I quite agree with the disagreement and retract my second sentence. There's lots of information within a self-avatar.

there is...and i know it comes across as an inflated ego talking...but i think we/i just believe more in the individual...then...an object... or something else...and place the same value on each individual...not just our/my own

wow...i'm getting on my own nerves now...nevermind...wtf cares anyway...haha..
    and i love your avi btw...shows you've got attitude...and i like that.
