[I don't remember if I actually posted my favorites, but I apparently took part in the poll, choosing RPG types as my main genre...so er...I'm going to post-- possibly again. And the list may have changed. If I posted in the first place. ]

  • Final Fantasy [Tactics//VII//VIII//X//X-2]
  • Tetris Attack
  • Yoshi's Cookies [I miss this game sooooooo much!]
  • Xenosaga
  • Mortal Kombat Trilogy [the PS1 version]
  • Dirge of Cerberus [does this count as a FF game? Hmm]
  • Fullmetal Alchemist [2nd one...]
  • The Sims 2 [yays]
  • Dream of Mirror Online [though I've not avidly played in a long while..]
  • Donkey Kong Country [any of the three ]

  1. Half Life 2 - A great game that spawned many great mods!
  2. Resident evil 4 - Can't WAIT for Resi 5. Must have played through this one 20 times.
  3. World of Warcraft - The endgame sucked but getting there for the first time was an adventure.
  4. Call of Dury 4 - Best competitive FPS made so far.
  5. Deus Ex - Speaks for itself. Best story in a game ever.
  6. Company of Heroes/Opposing Fronts - Best RTS ever. Brought actual battlefield strategy to the genre for the first time.
  7. Dawn of War - Great atmosphere. You FEEL like you are commanding those bad ass Space Marines.
  8. RTCW: Enemy Territory - Miles ahead of its time and it was FREE.
  9. Paper Mario - Loved it when I was a kid.
  10. Starcraft - Great story.
  11. Planetside - Nearest thing to an MMOFPS. Just think how good real MMOFPS's are going to be.

^_^ <3 Yoshi's island, I was so excited when they released it for Wii! It was infinetely harder to play the roms with my keyboard.

Is Dirge of Cerberus a FF game? Mmm prolly! Tactics is and that was a genre change... /shrug

In no particular order:

Fallout (the origional) - Most unique RPG I've ever played
Shadow of the Colossus - Most unique/origional game I've ever played, amazing atmosphere, work of art.
Half Life 2 - Should be on every list
Infantry Zone - Free online multiplayer top-down shooter, has a special place in my heart, not particularly user-friendly
Total Annihilation - Amazing RTS from wayback
Quake 2 - Got heavily into the mods, Jail Break, Action Quake... Oh the memories.
Gears of War Series - Great games.
Baldur's Gate Series - Again fantastic Epic RPG's, flaws aside
Planescape : Torment - Excellent RPG from waaay back.
Diablo 2
