It's not the easiest test but if you are honest, it is very accurate in determining your preferred functional order. Post your functional order if you can't seem to decipher your 3-letter type; I will decipher your results and tell you what your Socionics type most likely is. :)

Socionics test in English from ru.laser.ru:

Read the statements and write down to what extent do you agree with each. Use a scale of 0-3, where 3 = Accurate, 2 = Agree, 1 = Somewhat agreed. Then count the points from each lettered section. See the key toward the end of this post to arrange your preferred functional order.

It seems that you are LII who is being forced into using your Role way too much.

EDIT: Or possibly an LSI who is engaging your Ne and ignoring your creative function. You should test yourself to find out if you value Ne or Se more to determine your type.

EIE :Ni: type and an ENFJ in MBTI. Your dual is LSI/ISTj and likely an ISTJ or ISTP in MBTI; possibly also typing as INTP or even INTJ in MBTI.

I don't relate to socionics :Fe: as much as I do to :Se: and I also barely relate to :Ni:. I am 100% unquestionably Beta, that much I know. While I can see both myself equally in SLE and EIE in type descriptions (and I have read many) and their function stacking, SLE is more fitting for me. Not by much, but it still goes over the edge.

Further, MBTI and socionics do not have to align.

Also, to the bold :huh:, how would you know work is difficult on me? I enjoy working, and part of the reason for any difficulty I have is due to picking a very difficult career track.

Hm, an interesting result. You seem to be an ESE :Fe: type who is trying to be EII; you would be an ESFJ in MBTI. Your dual would be an LII who is trying to act like an LSE and is in a leadership position of some sort; that person would most likely type as INTP and very heavy on the :Ti: in MBTI.

Conclusion:

Ne=Ni>Fi>Fe>Si>Te>Ti>Se

I am not really sure what that means. It seems like intuition is my dominant function, but I socred the same on both Ni and Ne, so I could use both. Feeling seems to be the second preference, but it's again pretty tide on Fi vs Fe, only one point difference for those, so I could as well easily use both. My Si is quite high, that's a bit surprising. My thinking functions are both very low, there's again only one point difference between Te and Ti so I am not sure which one I use more (or don't use more). Se is like the ultimate fail of my personality with shiny score of 5 points haha.
So... According to this I am either IEE or IEI with weak thinking and sensing functions (which makes sense for both of these types)
