the Fermi paradox:
a paradox of probability, contemplating that given the sheer scope and age of the galaxy, the number of opportunities an intelligence galactic civilization would have had to rise the time it had to spread all over the galaxy a few million times over.. where the fuck is the alien starbucks?
alright, so here's the deal:
1. describe an exception to the solution provided above you (thus dismissing it).
2. provide another solution to the Fermi paradox.
for example:
if the user above you posted: "our solar system has being declared a wildlife reserve for ideological reasons, so they observe but don't make contact or meddle".
you might declare: "another alien species send the zoo keepers a virus which reinvigorated their youngster's rebellious instincts, and now billions of young zoo-keeper offsprings want to come down to earth and toy with us, 'just cause'. "
and then you post a different solution to the paradox, etc.
