I keep coming back to C. BASH + cli tools for Unix administration though... PHP for web crap, Python I just couldn't quite get the "spark" of motivation going to learn (wrote one useful app in it and dropped the language on its head). Perl makes me want to vomit, though I can hang with it once in a while.
