More tips http://onsoftware.en.softonic.com/how-to-stop-google-tracking-you-across-services
I just want to know what intel they have on me. I'm never signed in on my "searching" browser but I bet they are still keeping track somehow... :p

Edit: That seems rather tedious but heh, they must have some interesting data (not on me...but other people!). :happy2:

Actually, they will still keep tracking you even after you sign out, via third party cookies in the browser. The only way is to disable them, however most websites require them (specially if they use an account).

Thank you owl some for posting this!! I was oblivious as well... I mean I KNEW there was some google stuff going on but I didn't know what it meant.

Welcomes, I would say the whole thing is making me more technology paranoid if it wasn't so self-revealing.:unsure:

Targeted ads are annoying. Just because I emailed someone about my new accordion doesn't mean I need to see 18 ads selling them!
Tsk, they're smarter than this. ;)

Fuck google.

Well, looks like I'll need to arrange some changes on my web history and stuff. Also, what about g-mail and youtube accounts? If I log into those from now on, will big brother, er, I mean google be watching?

And historical facts would prove the preterists wrong.

I suppose that's the nice thing about being a futurist... you don't have to worry about those pesky historical facts. As soon as a current theory is disproven you just move on to a new one.

When I was a child I had a big research bible. It had a multitude of symbols that marked special verses in the bible. My favorite was the sickle and hammer that denoted when the bible was referring to U.S.S.R.

Is it bad that I want to work for Google and get all that ill-gotten data in my claws? It would only be for science of course.
