I've left cell phones, laptops and i-pods on by accident on airplanes and none of them ever crashed

Never forgotten about cellphones and laptops, just because it makes no sense to leave them on in a place with no mobile network, or internet service.

    iPods work normally.

I grew up on airplanes. Turning off electronic devices is an instinct, as is putting my seat back and tray table in the upright and locked position.

    Such an S thread. Bahahaha

I "forget" to alllll the time cellhphone and iPod.

but seriously though, why do they even fuss? it must be an issue because they take the time to tell you to shut them off, but they also must know that a lot of people really won't shut them off..so what's the deal?
Is it that by its indefiniteness it shadows forth the heartless voids and immensities of the universe, and thus stabs us from behind with the thought of annihilation, when beholding the white depths of the milky way?
