Was a bully, a keen sportsman in his youth, split England's Church from Roman Catholicism because the Pope wouldn't grant him a divorce, beheaded two wives for not bearing him sons, and divorced two more for said same reason. Spent all of the English reserves of money which his spendthrift father had spent a lifetime acquiring.
