It's been a few months since I've watched the show, so it's not fresh in my head. From what I remember Claire seemed impulsive which made me think she's an extravert, but an ISFP can be impulsive at times too. Now that you mention this I'm not as sure about E and I for her. I'll have to watch the show again and see.

I'm not sure why you think Peter is an N rather than S. He's practical, loyal, compassionate, and dependable. That describes an ISFJ pretty clearly. Intuitive dominants always have some type of unusual behavior that gives away their type. For example Noah Bennet is a clever schemer whose mind seems to say one step ahead of everyone else and often uses unorthodox tactics, hence INTJ. Hiro fantasises that he is some type of comic book hero and is an idealistic romantic, hence ENFP. I think an INFJ would have more unusual quirks than Peter does.
