Well as I see it, Ronald shows deep concern for others. I mean look at His charity, McDonald House. His type is ESFJ because of that reason. He has real expression for others (Fe). Plus He takes in details of how to serve the customers better (Si). His Fe is dominant to His Si. It clearly shows this.
