The inventor of Bitcoin was probably an INTP.

Introvert, because of the fact that he chose to be anonymous. Intuitive, because inventing a new currency uses quite a bit of intuition and vision on the broad picture. Thinking, because well... yeah. Perceiver, because the idea of Bitcoin is to bypass third parties and remove restrictions from authority and rules.
