Here are my guesses:

Hank Hill - ISTP: Most people type him as an ISTJ, but he has way too much Se, along with Ti for that to be possible. He routinely thinks of clever ways of solving problems and while it doesn't come out often, he has inferior Fe, as he can reveal his true feelings when pressed sufficiently. He's also great with his hands, something most ISTJs are not as good at.

Peggy - ENFP: She has a million and one crazy ideas, which she usually fails to follow through on. She's horrible at expressing herself and can appear blunt and tactless whenever she's upset. Her inferior Si comes out when she's forced to relive her awful past, which she has shown disdain for before.

Bobby - ESFP: He doesn't come up with ideas, unlike Peggy. Instead, he loves anything that's physically present in his environment, which is indicative of Se. He doesn't want to be forced to conform, showing his Fi.

Dale Gribble - INFJ: He relies extensively on his intuition and while he appears to be socially inept, he's quite caring towards his friends whenever push comes to shove. He sometimes comes up with clever plans, but his tertiary Ti, combined with his inferior Se prevent him from successfully utilizing them.

Bill Dauterive - ESFJ: Very eager to please other, which is a sign of Fe. He is totally fixated on his past (Lenore, being a football star) indicating Si. Sometimes, he is interested by new ideas, such as when he joins a league of diabetic basketball players, implying Ne. His thought process is usually hare-brained and poorly thought out, indicating inferior Ti.

Jeff Boomhauer - ESTP: A caricature of the motor-mouth ESTP. Despite most of his dialogue being incomprehensible, he talks pretty frequently. He's a natural womanizer who loves the physical thrill, meaning dominant Se. He doesn't seem too emotionally attached, implying Ti. His natural skill with women implies Fe, and his occasional ability to forsee negative events ("DANG.OL.EXPLOSION") implies Ni.

Cotton Hill - ENTJ: A natural born leader who loves to use his dominant Te to boss others around. His secondary Ni allows him to see future consequences, which aids him in his decision making. His tertiary Se allows him to enjoy carnal pleasures such as womanizing and violent activities. He hates showing affection, explaining his inferior Fi.

Kahn Sr. - I saw someone type him as an ENTJ, which makes enough sense.

Connie - ISFJ: A dutiful child who does as she is told, is polite to others and can be clever at times.

Luann - ESTP: Since she's a hair stylist, Se seems natural. In the earlier episodes, she was also a great mechanic and not as emotionally reactive as she was in later seasons.

Tell me what you guys think
