Speaking of passive agressive... I think there is a good chance he's an ISFJ.
All ISFJs seem to think that baby talk is hilarious and he is very in touch with his ethnic identity, never making a disparaging joke about it.

I don't see him as intuitive. He seems to have a sensor brand of humor. I'd guess an xSFP. I see his as having strong introverted feeling though. He seems to like scripts with a warm, gooey message at heart, where his character betters himself.

I say ISFP, but Edgar's also got a valid point there about that baby talk. He seems more P than J to me though.
As a sidenote, I stopped paying attention to anything Adam Sandler after You Don't Mess With the Zohan. After that, he just wasn't funny anymore.
