Default Are there any SJ villians in Pop Culture?

Keirsey's profile of SJ's would have them all as rule following traditionalists. Which is generally correct. But are there any villain SJ masterminds? There are a lot of annoying "middle management" ESTJ antagonists, but I mean as a super villain such as in comics or movies or anything?

The closest thing I can come up with is Lilah from Angel (ISTJ). Actually, the entirety of Wolfram & Hart seems very XSTJ. Angel ended in 2004 though.

Edit: I'm not sure if they'd be considered "mastermind"-ish, come to think.

Victor Newman from "the Young and the Restless", though I don't consider him truly villainous. Just a force of nature.

    I have a photographic memory.

The Joker is an ENTx. I could see either P/J.

The villain in Equilibrium was likely an ISTJ or ESTJ.

Agent Smith in The Matrix is also an ISTJ.

Darth Vader is, of course, an ISTJ.

Annie Wilkes from Misery, likely an xSFJ.

Most Mafia bosses are ESTJs, as well.
