I'll attempt to type some animes I've watched
Luffy - ExFP (leaning towards S)
Zoro - ISTP
Nami - ESTJ
Usopp - ESFx
Sanji - ISFJ
Chopper - ISFP
Robin - INTJ
Franky - ESFJ
Brook - ESFP
Light - ENTJ
L - INTP
Misa - ESFP
Ryuk - ESTP
Rem - INFJ
Attack on Titan:
Eren - ESFP
Armin - INFP
Mikasa - ISTJ
Annie - ISTP
Tomoya - ISTP
Nagisa - ISFJ
Ushio - ENFJ
The following is mbti types for a manga, not anime but it seemed relevant enough to post in this thread.
Nao Kanzaki- ENFP (I could see INFP as well)
Shinichi Akiyama- INTJ
Yuji Fukunaga- ENTJ
Norihiko Yokoya- INFJ (I thought INTJ at first but I noticed he always prefers to have a team/group with him unlike Akiyama who is much more independent and usually prefers to work alone. I could also see ENTJ as well with his complex to dominate.)
Takashi Harimoto- INFJ
Some thoughts on currently airing anime;
Akagami no ShirayukiHime
Zen Wistalia Clarines- ENTP (?)
Otosaka Yuu- ENTJ
Otosaka Ayumi- INFP (Although I could see her being several other types as well.)
Kurobane Yusa- ISFJ (?)
Kurobane Misa- ISTP
Durarara!!x2 Ten/Additions to Durarara
Mairu Orihara- ENFP
Kururi Orihara- INTP
Aoba Kuronuma- ENTJ
Akane Awakusu- INFP
Joukamachi No Dandelion
Sakurada Akane- INFP
Shuu- ISTP (?)
Takehito Morokuzu- INTx
Midorikawa Hana- ESTP (?)
Kurihara Mari- INTJ
Kurihara Chiyo- INFP
I believe a lot of ExTJ types in anime are often tsunderes because of lack of Fi/unable to understand what they are feeling/ignoring their feelings.

[Spoiler,,, maybe. It will be safer for those who havent seen the Idolmaster (765/365) to not read this, imo.]

You are right, now I'm not sure if Haruka use Ni or Si. But well, her role is more towards ENFJ, imo.
About Makoto, I need to reanalyze her (If I have time and want to). It seems that I don't really understand about her dream to become a princess. I just thought that it might be coming form her inferior childish Ni.
And here's my update based on Cinderella Girls season 2 (until episode 3).
Rin: ISTP >>> ISTJ. Agree with you, she uses Ti. And her aura is more ISTPish than ISTJish.
Ranko: Yup, INFP
Anya: Well, now she feels more ISFJish than INFJish. Her words are more action/tangible/daily life/routine oriented, imo (Si). But at the same time, she seems to be able to deal and accept odd characters like her roommates (Shouko, Ranko, Koume) with ease and naturally (Ni > Si).
Minami: Yeah, not sure between ISFJ or INFJ. I think I need to hear her monologue to be sure. But, Idolmaster anime rarely show monologues. Not sure if she usually acts and leads because she's among the oldest or she just have an Ni brain and see things in bird eyes view. So, what's your view on her?
Rina: I'm not sure about her 'rock' thing, but I think she used a lot of Ti in the latest episode (last week),,, or is that some kind of Te or maybe Se or Ni? Not sure between ISFP or ISTP. Like Makoto, I just thought that that rock image come from her Ni (but is that possible? Are all dreams and wants just come from Fi?)
Miku: ESFJ, yeah.
Kirari: Agree, ESFJ.
Anzu: Not really much screen time right now for this season so stays INTP. INTP in idol anime is kinda rare. I hope there'll be at least an episode that will focus on her.
Anyway, thanks a lot fo your reply. You have made my day!
extra: Shimamu looks sooooo beautiful at the new opening, hnnnggggghhhh. And her smile felt very magnificent!

[Non Non Biyori]
Renchon: INFJ/INTJ >>> INTP/ENTP/ENFP > ISTP/ISFP/INFP > others
Koma's brother: Ixxx
Candy Store Owner: ISTP
Renchon's second sister: ESFP/ESTP
Koma's mother: ESTJ/ISTJ/ENTJ
Charlotte ([Might be a spoiler])
Otosaka Yuu: Agree. For now, I place him as ENTJ>>INTJ>>>>others

INFP>>ENFP>>>>others
(imo, problem with typing anime characters are; they are made by humans. So, some traits are just an ideal or additional points to do something like increase cuteness, surprise element, jokes, etc... And this kind of things sometimes cause inconsistency, irrelevancy, confusions and obstacles in typing characters. Well, I like typings anime characters because its fun and somehow it allows me to increase my knowledge, experience, widen my views, etc... I just want those things (the things I got by typing anime characters) to use them in real life, and sometimes I just want to relax and have fun,,, so typing perfectly, typing in details, analyzing in details just to find the true type of certain characters, are not my kind of things (I believe its good for some people but not me). Typing anime characters is one of my stress reliever, not something that I want to struggle through the pain and overwhelm my mind with information (I have several things more important to struggle with, and keep moving forward despite the pains). Just my expression... why am I doing this? Yare2...)
Kurobane Yusa: imo, she prioritized Fe more than Si and communicate pretty good with random people. Her heroic role is more towards Fe function rather than Si... So, for now... ESFJ>ISFJ>>ESFP/ENFP/ISFP>>>>others
Kurobane Misa: Agree, ISTP. Might be ESTP... ISTP>>ESTP>>>>others
Nao Tomori: INTJ>>>ENTJ/ENTP/INTP/ISTP>>>>others
Joujirou Takajou: INFJ>ENFJ/INTP/ENTP>>ISFJ/ESFJ>>>ENFP>>>>others
Have a nice day.
Makoto : ISTP
Kotonoha : INFJ
Sekai : ENFP
Setsuna : INxJ
Taisuke : ESTP
Otome : ENFJ
Kirito : INFJ
Asuna : ENFP
Klein : ENFP ?
Yui : INFP
Sinon : INFJ
Lisbeth : ENFP
Suguha : ENFP
Kayaba : INTP
