I throughly enjoy watching that show! The characters appear multi-faceted at times and it's fun anticipating the turn of events waiting to happen.
Here are my guesses:
Harvey - ENTJ (to a tee)
Mike - ENFP
Jessica - ESTJ
Louis - ESTJ (maybe ESTP?)
Donna - ESFJ (I think it's more evident in season 2 that she is a dominant feeler, everything she did was for Harvey)
Rachel - ISTJ (focused, very hard-working, doesn't let emotions overtake her, only dated one person in the firm other than mike in all her 5 years)
Jenny - ENFP/ENFJ
Trevor - guessing ESTP
