Chrissie Hynde is pure ISTP, Pat Benatar may be ISFP, she clrearly looks F next to Chrissie in theses interviews.

But that could simply be an Enneagram thing. Chrissie is 8w7 Sp/Sx, Pat is 9w8 Sx/Sp. So, she is naturally meeker, which sounds F, but does'nt necessarly mean that she is F.

INTP 5w4 sounds good for David Byrne, but I think he's Social-first.

Sting: ISTJ 3w4 Sp/Sx
Bryan Ferry: 4w3 So/Sp, ENFx
EsTP 6w7 Sx/Sp

Yeah Pat Benatar looks F next to Chrissie Hynde, like soooo much, like totally ISFP to her ISTP (I've thought this for quite some time now) but your comparison of their enneagram really makes sense. 3w4 sp/sx also makes sense for Sting, I think.

Bryan Ferry also undoubtedly seems E4

I think I would agree with INTJ for Neil Tennant. That seems right.

Tears for Fears: In general, they seem more Fe-based to me. Possibilities: ESFJ, ENFJ, or INFJ.
I can see that, yeah, Fe.

Howard Jones - e54 so/sp infp (NOT an extrovert. enfj? Good joke.)
Peter Murphy - e54 sp/sx infp (everyone in Love & Rockets were e54 sp/so infps)
Boy George - e45 sp/so infj
Aimee Mann - e45 so/sp infp
Simon LeBon (Duran Duran) - e32 sx/so enfj?
Dave Gahan (Depeche Mode) - e76 sx/sp esfp
Annie Lennox (Eurythmics) - I think e45 rather than e43 sx/sp infp
Thomas Dolby - e54 so/sp intp or infp
Bryan Ferry - e45 sp/so infp
Bryne (major duh) - e54 sx/so intp
Neil Tennant - e54 so/sp infj
Philip Oakey - e54 so/sp infp
Marian Gold - e54 so/sp infp (watch Midnight Cowboy if you don't believe me)
Hynde - e89 sp/so estp (married to e54 so/sp infp Jim Kerr)
Pat Benatar - e19 sp/sx infj
Joe Jackson - e54 so/sp intj

See a pattern? Not really shocking when you think about what the radio's for.

Kind of outrageous to call Sting istj at this point, but whatever.

The majority of your typings (not just in this thread) is either 5w4 or 4w5. These two are the rarest of enneagram types, and I find it hard to agree with you.

You find it hard to agree with me because they're the rarest?

Ferry's entirely too phlegmatic for a 3; that's enneagram 101.

Hem, Ferry is melancholic, and yes, you suck at typing.

You type everyone as 5w4 or 4w5. That's what I'm saying.

Wouldn't Michael Hutchence be an e67 sx/sp enfp?

Yes, and it's partly because he follows Socionics. I had the worst time understanding why the fuck he'd type Prince as an INFJ until he finally hinted he was describing a Socionics INFj.

It's irritating. Howard Jones would be INFJ before INFP, but of course our friend here follows Socionics.
