Default The Nerve of Some People, Re: Astrology

I have recently been told that the astrology "theory" that the moon rules personality is a "wacko" theory, and that I am "full of them."

Some would say that astrology itself is a wacko theory. However, that idea the moon rules personality is as old as astrology itself.

"You must now be wondering what the difference between sun sign and moon sign is. It is believed that the sun rules your individuality while the moon rules your personality. To be very simple, the sun sign is about your external individuality while the moon sign is about your inner personality."

Something being old is a good argument for its credence. Egyptian religion predates any current incarnation of astrology. Doesn't mean you need to go worshipping Ra.

The accuracy of astrology is an interesting sign that there is a spiritual aspect to the universe. Perhaps it comes from the Devil. [Insert devil emote here] But then why did the three wise men use it to locate the birth place of Jesus?

While it's true that the planets and all that contain personality influences, those are not as powerful as the lunar influence which rules the personality (the moon itself being considered a planet in astrology).

The moon is also the trickiest of the planets to calculate, as it moves through the sky the fastest; therefore, if you don't know the correct time of day for your birth, you could wind up with an incorrect moon sign. So in that case, if you don't know the correct time of birth, and your lunar sign does not seem right for you, then always look up the neighboring signs, because chances are the moon has moved into a new sign during that day.

This is nice and all for people who were born naturally and on schedule as I was, but what about the people who were born prematurely or whose birth was induced?
I got my smile from the sunshine,
I got my tears from the rain.
I learned to dance when I saw a tiger prance,
And a peacock taught me to be vain.
A little owl in a tree so high,
He taught me how to wink my eye.
I learned to bill and coo from a turtledove,
And a grizzly bear taught me how to hug.
But the guy that lived two caves from me,
He taught me how to love.

As far as I can tell, nobody in the astrology field has noticed a difference in results between babies that were induced or born prematurely, and those that were born naturally.
