    1) what type do you try to look like?
I tend to shift quite extremely depending on the situation, but just as an overall theme outside of "professional" settings, I want to look like a 7w6. For the most part ENFP is fine as it is, but when I was younger, I idolized ESTP (and to a lesser extent ESFP).

    2) why do you try to look like this type?
I've always wanted to have more confidence and assurance in myself. I don't want to be so self-conscious and critical. I'm a phobic 6 that used to follow authority, but still struggled with it, and didn't want it to have a hold on me. I'd rebel, which was great, but I wanted to not care about it, which I didn't manage to do very well. I couldn't shake the extreme awareness of it and the general anxiety/sensitivity to it. A lot of the characters I love and write about are pseudo-7 cp6 or 7, and have a way with laughing in the face of normality and rules.

I think wanting to be Se-dom was about having more confidence in my body and enjoying the present moment. As Ne, I do this almost as much, but I still feel handicapped by inhibition and fear.

    3) what qualities of this type to you admire?
A sort of smooth energy... physically, verbally, in general socially. Unrestrained adventure and spunk.

    4) what qualities of your own personality do you wish were more like this type?
I just wish I didn't think so goddamn much sometimes X_X.

I try to look STJ to get work done.

Yeah probably if I'm trying I would like to appear very capable as it's a quality I find impressive... so i'm not sure if I look for it or emulate it but ENTJ are pretty badass to me.

Sometimes I like to act like a pretentious INTJ just to get people to understand how sure of myself and confident I am. They tend to think I'm weak and idiotic for being so empathetic, so sometimes, when I can see the situation requires, I act more rational and mimic Te pretty well.
When I'm too passionate about something or when I'm too excited, I tend to act like an ENFP and get very thoughtful in such an !energetic! way. It's delightful.
To show people I'm not boring, I used to act like an ISTP. But I gladly overcame this and now I can show people I'm not boring just by exposing my thoughts and ideas (something I was too afraid to do before).
