To be honest, Mufasa was the one I was least sure of. You two may very well be right, he could be NF.

He seemed very family-oriented. Very much wanting to keep up the values of his kingdom. As Simba's father, he tried to connect with his son in a more NFJ counselor-type of way, and seemed to go for emotional bonds to the pillars of his life and to those around him. Integrity and morality took precedence over any kind of logical decision making.

I wouldn't be surprised if there are quite a few people looking at the tough-guy no-nonsense attitude and facade Mufasa had and mistake it for Te. It seems like that kind of thing happens with a lot of FJ characters.

I haven't seen these movies in awhile, but I'll try to give my own input from memory (most of these are pretty good):

    Scuttle: ESFP

    Beauty and the Beast
    Belle: INFP
Beast: INFJ ISTP? I dunno, a non-altruistic INFJ doesn't seem right

    Cogsworth: ISTJ
    Mrs. Potts: ESFJ
    Chip: ENFP

    Toy Story

Peter Pan and Captain Jack Sparrow are most definitely ESTPs.

    Jasmine is probably an ISFJ.

I definitely relate a lot to Belle, and I agree that she's ENFP to the core. The only ones more ENFP than her have to be Ariel and Peter Pan.

What about Mulan?? I relate to her a LOT, she's a total tie with me between her and Belle.. ENFP?

INFP I'm thinking, she is very Fi oriented, and really doesn't do much talking(In or out of character) unless she's forced upon it or something severely goes against her morals(Fi).

    Now for the rest:

    Mushu - ENTP
    Yao - ESTP
    Ling - ENTP
    Shin-Po - INFP
    Li Shiang - EXTJ
    Chi Fu - INTJ
