INTPs fictional villains?

Hi,
in the NT group is easy to find a villain between INTJ, ENTJ and also ENTP.
But what about INTPs villains? Do they exist or they are all anti-villains like spiderman?
How an INTP villain/badass could be?
Have you some fictional examples?

INTPs lack the motivation to be super villains. The best they can muster is nihilism, like Dr Manhattan.

Also, Spiderman isn't an INTP.

People sen to be typing Jared Lougnher as INTP, though he isn't fictional is pretty clearly delusional.

How about Shou Tucker from Fullmetal Alchemist? His role in the manga is very brief, but I've heard it was expanded in the anime.

What about those people who pursue their theories regardless of the cruelty caused? Mad scientist types, et cetera.

Komakino, yeah, they fit. Victor Frankenstein, for example, is often considered INTP.

I've long held Scarecrow from Batman is an INTP who pursues his interest (fear) and understanding of that interest regardless of the pain it causes. He doesn't seem very driven by power, money, or even a personal animosity towards Batman (though Batman is an incredibly interesting test subject, one very tough to crack).

The architect seemed to be all about Ni Te to me.. while Neo (just for contrast) might have been closer to INTP or INFP.

And yes, I'm aware that Keirsey calls the INTP the "architect". Har har..

Though he isn't exactly a villain, the white Professor in Sunset Limited seems to be possessed of the darkest, most cynical, most angry and misanthropic mindset that is still clearly the ideas of an INTP.
