I agree that the "vision" thing has nothing to do with her MBTI type, whatever it is.

I read her biography. I was not able to type her Myers-Briggs. I know she was a feeler type. In the book, she was describe to be a loner. She must have been an introvert. IXFX.

To me, Joan of Arc has alwas epitomized the INFJ type, the crusader. Definitely Ni, and J.

Who is to know that her religious vision wasn't actually a Ni-Fe type vision? It would certainly make it easier to explain to others, to rally their support. A teenage girl having the insight to direct an army? Incredible. But a teenage girl channeling the Almighty - rare, but if she is, get on board, or out of the way.
I've been called a criminal, a terrorist, and a threat to the known universe. But everything you were told is a lie. The truth is, they've taken our freedom, our home, and our future. The time has come for all humanity to take a stand...

Wasn't her whole thing that the French considered her a saint, but the English burned her at the stake for being a witch?

Exactly. All depends on which side one was on.

I had always thought of her INFP though uncertain of her type.

I don't see INFPs as that driven to accomplish things, though. INFPs impact the world by being; INFJ more by doing.
