    nothing, now that he's dead.
everyone uses every function about evenly. take NE for example. if there are those who don't use it much, then why are there such massive amounts of people constantly flowing through Wallmart with 20 items or less?

    I don't know.
My mom used to call him "Suddenly Insane."
I'm a little teapot, short and stout. Here is my handle and here is my spout. Every time I steam up, I give a shout. Just tip me over and pour me out.

Before or after the Gulf War?

    - US sentiment, parrots

*btw, under his power, out of all the nations in the Persian Gulf, Iraq was the only one to follow secular law (and abolish traditional Islamic (Sharia) law), meaning under his regime, women had much more freedom than they see now in such Middle-Eastern nations that have now hyped up conservative Islamic doctrines.

Not in the Shiite or Kurd communities. Which made up 3/4 of influence back then. Iran today has at least 1/2 it's population freely conduct ungender biased activities underground. Underground being the same as out in the open when the surrounding company is predictable. Just like any 'deemed' illegal activity will be conducted when the environment is comfortable. Iraq, before 1991 was still quite oppressive to women. We only saw what was allowed to be shown. saddam wouldn't want to stirr up too much trouble, so he kept a blind eye to certain things in order to keep a half descent rep with the countries around Iraq. That helped (to a small degree) perpetuate enough arrogance/confidence to invade Kuwait.
