    Only if they legalize gay prostitution as well am I getting behind this wagon.

    But seriously, just about anything consentual should be legal.

    This isn't all that out there. Prostitution wasn't illegal for the majority of history. I hope they succeed, and I hope it reduces the level of violence and police corruption that are inherent with illegal vices.

    Also on the same ballot will be issue of homosexual marriage being legalized in California. I'm wondering if both being on the same ballot might influence the way people vote.

    Gay marriage, prostitution.... that means recreational drug legalization isn't far behind.

    I'm surprised all this isn't happening faster. Liberals, libertarians, small-government conservatives.... all almost agree on social issues, we should be knocking this stuff out.

    Polygamists might try to jump on the social freedom train, but they really aren't a priority for any of the leading social liberals and libertarians.
