A major part of Hitler's success was creating two enemies. The Jews, and the Bolsheviks. Obama creates enemies too, or at least exaggerates them. Their similarities are in the delivery, not the messages themselves.
His association with Ayers, a single "washed up terrorist" that even McCain claimed to not care about, isn't enough to compare him to Hitler's crowd... or is it?
No, that has nothing to do with the comparison. It adds to my fear of an Obama presidency though.

Could you explain how Obama reminds you of 30s Hitler? You point on 40s Hitler is fair enough.
    See above.

    I'm going with ESTP...............
I only have to look at a picture of him to notice his solid introversion. Furthermore, you really have to take situation into account when typing McCain. I've been in some odd situations doing odd things and no one would have thought I was INTP either.

The McCain of 2008 also makes me question how 'real' the McCain of 2000 really was. Just because I liked that version (alot), does not mean that's who he really is.
I lean toward the other end of that spectrum. I think he's pandering to constituents he doesn't entirely agree with this time around to increase his chances.

What enemies does Obama create and/or exaggerate in a way comparable to Hitler with the Jews.

Jews are formidable enemies, I'll give you that.

An example of an exaggeration would be the constant "That's how the Bush McCain crew does it" babble. Misleading, yah?

Welll...they're both vocally persuasive, if that's what you mean. Hitler's persuasiveness is not usually the quality he possessed that was objectionable, of course.

What other similarities ? Hmmm. I studied Hitler's speech once ( not in person ! I'm not that old. ) to see what it was about him that made him so "charismatic" ( a vague defined word ), and I will note two things.
    ( 1. ) He used a special cadence while speaking .
( 2. ) He pointed out that even the lowliest worker ( I forget what example he used - perhaps a janitor ? ) was deserving of the same respect that society gave to higher ups, all other things being equal. That all the cogs and wheels of the system were required to run it smoothly etc.

Does Obama use a cadence ? He has a little bit of a cadence going on, which he probably developed when he was involved in the black churches he was working with as an organizer. Nowhere near the cadence that some preachers have !

He does draw our attention to the plight of the common man, just as someone else did long ago:
"Then the king will say to those on his right, 'Come, you who are blessed by my Father. Inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.
    35
For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, a stranger and you welcomed me,
    36
naked and you clothed me, ill and you cared for me, in prison and you visited me.'
    37
Then the righteous 16 will answer him and say, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink?
    38
When did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you?
    39
When did we see you ill or in prison, and visit you?'
    40
And the king will say to them in reply, 'Amen, I say to you, whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me.'
    41
17 Then he will say to those on his left, 'Depart from me, you accursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.
    42
For I was hungry and you gave me no food, I was thirsty and you gave me no drink,
    43
a stranger and you gave me no welcome, naked and you gave me no clothing, ill and in prison, and you did not care for me.'
    44
18 Then they will answer and say, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or ill or in prison, and not minister to your needs?'
    45
He will answer them, 'Amen, I say to you, what you did not do for one of these least ones, you did not do for me.'
    46
And these will go off to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life."
"The people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them that they are being attacked and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism, and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country."
Reichsfuhrer Herman Goering at the Nuremburg trials.

Well both protrayed their enemies as fatal threats to the well-being of the country. And perhaps it should be noted that before 1938ish, Hitler's public stances on the Jews were relatively moderate.

Hitler was also a meth head. They can be pretty persuasive.
