The real problem is they both got it wrong. It isn't health insurance that is the biggest issue, but the massively inflating price of health care in general.

Plus having insurance doesn't mean crap with lawyers and loopholes sometimes.

"We grow up thinking that beliefs are something to be proud of, but they're really nothing but opinions one refuses to reconsider. Beliefs are easy. The stronger your beliefs are, the less open you are to growth and wisdom, because "strength of belief" is only the intensity with which you resist questioning yourself. As soon as you are proud of a belief, as soon as you think it adds something to who you are, then you've made it a part of your ego."

Sorry, but right now it's what, $70/barrel? Last year this time it was $90-100? And demand in the US is down from last year this time also, since everyone is feeling the pinch and skipping on going to see grandma. Has manufacturing started costing more, somehow? Price of gas should be much lower.

I bet they'd get along pretty well outside of the light of the presidential race.

    HISTORY OF CRUDE OIL PRICES

Oil is at about the same price it was a year ago.
