if they were disallowed to vote after doing that, i would have to compare that to something like a restraining order, but the problem there isnt that they can't vote, just that they exploited the voting system (maybe they should fix that?)
either way, that's probably one case where nobody would complain if they lost that right.

On a serious note, are felons not citizens? I don't think they should be given absentee ballots in prison lol, but a rehabilitated and functioning member of society should be afforded their rights as any other citizen is. No right to vote? Might as well deport them too. Not that I'm against that idea in some cases. Citizenship = right to vote.
