    Yes, I believe it would be from disqualifying more people, thereby raising the amount of their income that would be taxable. Our marginal rates (ESPECIALLY the corporate rate) are way too high right now, as far as I am concerned.

    As everyone knows, most of the population works for the small companies in those lower brackets, too. Just reducing those, after a year or two, would greatly increase the vast majority of economic activity.

    Could you be more specific? Who is disqualified and under what circumstances? If he wants to remove tax credits then which ones are they?
