Between the new GOP congress (with a soon to be 54 seat majority in the senate), SCOTUS granting cert in King v. Burwell, and Obama's executive action on immigration we have quite a bit going on right now.

I've been waiting for this for the better part of 6 years. The wait is almost over.

Oh and for those of you who don't know, King v. Burwell is the PPACA (Obamcare) case regarding the use of subsidies in federally established exchanges (all 34 of them) when the statute clearly states that subsidies can only be given to state established exchanges.

This case, likely to be decided in June, could be the death knell of the ACA and has a much better chance in the current Roberts court than did the last ACA case in 2012.
