Ftr, it was meant primarily as a jab at myself. Though I could see how someone who was looking to be offended could (and based on the deleted post perhaps did) take offense.

But, yeah, civil asset forfeiture is horrible.

We're constantly reminded that the police are the only thing between us and anarchy, that without them crime would run rampant. Yet Americans are more likely to be killed by a police officer than a stranger (the vast majority of murders are by someone the victim knows) and police officers seize nearly 10 times as much property as is stolen by all the thieves in the US combined.

Then there are articles like this:

Police Departments Ignore Rampant Sexual Assault by Officers

I don't believe there is a rape culture in the US, but if there is a rape subculture in the US, it's in police departments.
"We grow up thinking that beliefs are something to be proud of, but they're really nothing but opinions one refuses to reconsider. Beliefs are easy. The stronger your beliefs are, the less open you are to growth and wisdom, because "strength of belief" is only the intensity with which you resist questioning yourself. As soon as you are proud of a belief, as soon as you think it adds something to who you are, then you've made it a part of your ego."

    censorship is bad, mkay?
    I agree with this.

Except when UN led human rights investigators investigate your country to find proof of alleged war crimes. In those instances censorship is okay.

Wow, what i wrote sound terrible considering the negative impact so many people would suffer.

Now imagine police getting away with misconduct.

Tasered Passenger: 'My Civil Rights Were Just Thrown Out the Window' - NBC News

Cool, so the passenger window was busted in with a baton and the passenger was tasered. In addition, it was an officer-involved tasering.

Probably got his ass shocked for trolling the police.

^There were two children in the back seat, who got covered in shattered glass. The video makes me kind of sick to my stomach.
