    They were sinners, so that was just God's judgment. They got what they deserved. Reagan was right to ignore those sinners.

    Incidentally, this is also why Millennials are flocking to the Republican party. Who doesn't love condemning sinners?

    I'm not american so not that biased either way (about who's president, although from what I've seen I think Obama has been doing quite a decent job).

    But regardless of that, these incidents can indeed not be compared to each other. Attempting to do so is paranoid style propaganda.
