Default Ann Coulter: "Growing interest in soccer a sign of nations moral decay"

Ann Coulter On The World Cup: ‘Growing Interest In Soccer A Sign Of The Nation’s Moral Decay’

Ann Coulter, the queen of mean (even though that's really reserved for Leona Helmsley) in my opinion, is at it again with her incorrect and overuse of "logic". To take a small excerpt:

    (2) Liberal moms like soccer because it’s a sport in which athletic talent finds so little expression that girls can play with boys. No serious sport is co-ed, even at the kindergarten level.

    (7) It’s foreign. In fact, that’s the precise reason the Times is constantly hectoring Americans to love soccer. One group of sports fans with whom soccer is not “catching on” at all, is African-Americans. They remain distinctly unimpressed by the fact that the French like it.
    My first reaction was:

Even from Ann Coulter this is rediculous. My second thought was:

So let us all have a collective point and laugh at Ann Coulter and anyone who agrees with her on this .

What can I say? Guilty pleasure. Mostly over the people who actually take her seriously (they do exist, and I have met some).

I hope in her autobiography, to be released shortly before her death, she reveals that she never actually believed all the pseudo-conservative drivel she sold to the masses for so long.

Eh, I'm not going to give up any points to Ann Coulter, she's just a female version of Rush Limbaugh. But I will say that it's only during today's game have I ever heard so American Liberals chant "USA!". Amusing as heck.

I hope Fox News loses its viewing base ASAP and closes down. I don't like soccer personally, but there's nothing esoteric about it and no malicious intent will be involved in promoting the sport in America beyond the usual corporate self interests.

We can all agree that Ann Coulter is crazy (I hope...)

Fox are a strawman all non liberal people get associated with, and what makes it worse is that I suspect your average Fox anchor would agree with me less than they would with Barack Obama politically about the things that actually matter.
