    Host the website from Vermont USA, no State Law prohibiting public nudity.
    Adults can literally walk around nude (except parks) in public without the authorities giving a damn.
    So shouldn't an individual also be permitted to post topless images of adults from within that same State?

    I don't see why not. Actually, I'm not familiar with the laws regarding pornography. Clearly, there is plenty of it out there. How do they determine which sites can feature nudity and which can't? Should female breasts even be considered nudity if male chests aren't?

    Btw...I'm still waiting on the ladies in the forum to post topless pics.

    It's just not right that women can't go topless if I'm able to drive 1/2 hr across the border & be nude nearly all weekend long.
    Definitely bringing sunblock this weekend but I'll be thinking of the ladies here & the unfair double standard they're forced to endure everyday.

    It depends on where the pictures are stored, not where they are being uploaded from.
