I despise tyranny but I don't hate government, my comment was referencing a scenario similar to that which a Nevada rancher was recently faced with. The BLM arrived across the road from his home, agent snipers set up to cover the family residence while many other agents armed with automatic weapons prepared to wage war upon the rancher & his family.

Two weeks later the BLM prepared to pull the same sh-t on a Texas family that owns land along the Red River which borders with Oklahoma. The courts had already settled a state boundary dispute but the BLM (Harry Reids private Gestapo) threatened to remove the family that's owned (over 100 years) & paid taxes on the land for generations.
Texas Governor publicly supported the landowners & Texas Attorney General affirmed that the land has been legally owned by the rancher's family for over 100 years. Texas AG also asserted the constitutional right to private property, declared that the BLM has no claim to the land & dared the feds to try to take that land.
Under those circumstances; If the call went out for armed citizens to defend those ranchers, their families & the US Constitution I'd want to answer the call to defend against tyranny. I'd gladly volunteer myself & accept whatever consequences.
A related question: how do you feel about the fact that corporations force small farmers to sell their land? It's not the same, but I see it as the same principle.

For that matter Native Americans had the right to defend themselves against us when we took their land...

Yeah, and they scalped the shit out of us, and rightly so. I'm a bit of a Native American History buff, I saw Last of the Mohicans once.

Checked out some sigs, never used one. They seem rad. And I know it's standard issue for SEALs, but have also been informed by marines, lots of spec op guys choose glocks just as much on their preferred equipment checklist as secondaries for missions.

Sexual pornography is banned on this site, even though it kills no one.

On the other hand, gun pornography is welcome, even though guns are designed to kill.

It must be a miracle then, with the guns I own, that I have managed to not kill anyone.

Of course you can't kill anyone on Typology Central with your guns.

But you are offensive with your gun pornography.

And your gun pornography grooms children on this site for your gun culture and your gun manufacturers.

Hey that was really insightful as usual.

And although I would never say something rude like "your stupidity does not cease to amaze me" because that's against the rules and you seem like the type that probably reports every post that you don't like, I'm going to go ahead and ignore you completely now. Bye!
