If I were to tell the truth about the Virgin Mary in school, I would have been expelled.

If I had told the truth and said that Mary gave birth to Jesus at the age of twelve, and so Mary was impregnated at the age of eleven.

And if I had said that impregnating Mary at the age of eleven was child, sexual abuse, I would have been expelled.

the constitution says seperation of church and state. public schools are run by the state, therefore having that is unconstitutional.

    Ugh.

That's all I hear from one guy all day on FB. By some strange coincidence, he just happens to be a drug addict proponent of changing drug laws.

It's not as if public schools are teaching Sunday school. It's just a school paper on someone you admire.

Do you really think your 'peanut butter envy' theory is correct?

You should consider which groups you're talking about and not generalize to all.

How do you know what the goals of individual political interest groups are?

it's because all the groups i refered to started because they were being treated like second class citizens. I'm not saying it's true for every group presently, but the original intent was that.

No, the ACLU is saying that students would be forced by other students to listen to proselytizing and attend religious services. "SB 1793/HB 1547 crosses the line from protecting religious freedom into creating systematic imposition of some students’ personal religious viewpoints on other students."
