Choosing between Conservative, Liberal, and Canada, I select Liberal. In truth, I identify with no one party.

So much for liberal democracy, which fails when the good do nothing.

Fortunately among nations we have compulsory voting, so the government of the day knows what the electors want.

We fought and died for liberal democracy, so you can imagine what we think of those who won't vote.

I hate politics and both the political parties, so I'm not part of either, but if forced to choose at gunpoint I'd probably go with the Democrats.

We have found that once we get the politics right, the rest follows along.

So to develop our political skills is our first priority of living the good life.

Of course the alternative is a whining narcissism.

    Hmm, I'll take the alternative, I mean I'm already there aren't I.

    More gallows' humour.

Of course such humour, turned against the self, is a psychological defence.

    These are parties where?

As an American I am de facto Democrat because I could not stand to vote Republican and no other party has a shot. I think the US electoral system is in critical need of reform.

Politically, I'm for something to the effect of social democracy.
    Go to sleep, iguana.
