    For whatever the reasons .. I've gotten away with a lot on PerC and on this forum not so much ...
    6w7 Sx/Sp (621 or 612. Same diff :p).

    It's a basic management/PR policy to allow people to speak their minds, listen, and subsequently ignore it. It really is an effective technique, but authoritarians can't handle the part where they have to at least pretend to look like they're listening, or even more so, the allowing others to talk part.

    Yeah. It often seems that we do the policy reading (and comprehension) for other people.

    you should put a sticky, that says the rules are in bullet point. that's why I never read them, because I thought they were in paragraph form

    I like that. But you know, to keep the order, it might not be a bad idea to just summarily execute first time speeders on the spot.

    I only read white text on white backgrounds, 6pt font. I figure that that's where the real treasure lies.
