You have no argument to address:
The onus is on you to prove that any constraint of that freedom serves a compelling gov't interest that can't be served by any less onerous means.
I don't argue with you because I don't have to.

Trying to convince you is obviously a waste of time, and why bother since your opinion of my constitutional rights changes them not at all.

Trying to justify religious exemption to you is a fools errand that will just give you more ammunition for your soap box crusade.

I have no idea why you posted in this thread if you have interest in taking part in the discussion. Just to show us your full-bellied constitutionalism?

I posted because I was curious how you would overcome the constitutional hurdles to constraining the freedom of religion.

Which would have to occur if you are interested in curtailing our rights. You apparently have no interest in (or ability to) deal with that argument.

Thus my patience is spent, and you are no closer to curtailing my rights.

It's nice to display how things work in the real world where courts determine the outcome and not internet philosophers.

It is also completely beside the point.

I am not interested in legal debates, let alone your constitution. This is not even specifically about the US.

    That much is blatantly obvious.

For those of us in the US it is.

Do I have to report you for intentionally derailing the thread, then?

Agreed. For the most part, religious freedom would simply follow from a more general sense of freedom.

It is truly amazing to see such a big ego sit on so tiny a stature. I would ask to you leave it at the door if you want to participate in this thread again.

I'm certainly not perfect, but then again neither are you.
