I would think there is a correlation between areas where drug dealing is going on and areas where violent crime is going on. I am not sure I would want my street to be an area where violent crime, and thereby my chance to become an innocent bystander victim from such has an increased likelyhood. Ergo, I would rat them out anonymously.

I was thinking more provoke gang warfare, but that's a pretty exciting prospect too.

The drug dealer neighbors I've had were both real nice folks and beyond a little extra traffic didn't cause any problems. I wouldn't interfere with their having a little side business like that.
“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.”

    1) I'm a recreational drug user so that'd be awfully hypocritcal
    2) Even then... why does it really matter, it doesn't affect me in anyway if someone else is selling drugs to someone else. I will only call the police if I need the police.

A friend of mine witnessed a drug deal going down. He called the police, who referred it to the FBI, who then told him there was nothing they could or would do.

Hypothetically if I'm in a situation where I have no professional or legal duty to report and there is no immediate threat of violence to anyone then I wouldn't.

I support constructive ways of dealing with drug abuse instead of utilizing destructive and violent police force.

My neighbors are actually drug dealers,so far they've been arrested twice, but they keep letting them go for whatever reason(damn coppers).
They've always got guys from motorcycle gangs making deliveries or something, and the lady came over like 3 times to ask us if she could borrow our generator 'cuz they shut off the electricity in her house again.

They're really scummy and I wish they'd get put away for good soon.

Other than that, they don't let their clients on our yard, stay the fuck away from my family, and I don't have a death wish, so I am not going to interfere.
