I really hate it when people tell me not to say, "Your mother's a whore!" I mean, some of best friends' mothers are whores. I don't see why I shouldn't be able to say it without people getting offended!

From the clip, Elizabeth is saying that it is a double standard for black people to be able to use the word and for white people not to.

Lateralus, do you share Elizabeth's views?

So they assume everyone else is going to jump on the bandwagon? Awesome!

Hmm, I think I already addressed my views on this in an earlier post.
Yeah, it's like you didn't read my posts. You were arguing with me, but not understanding my point at all.

So, if you would please, what exactly is the point you are arguing?

I dont know, what about Chris Rock's distinction between Blacks and Niggers? Ie, the n-word refers to a certain kind of black person(s), rather than necessarily referring to the whole race?

And it's usually in that kind of context that the word is often used.

Don't deny it, you KKK man!

Just kidding, yeah I hear you. It's asinine how they are in regards to this. Once you're accused, you're guilty as charged without any real chance to dispute the claim.

I don't really care. People can say whatever the hell they want as far as I'm concerned. What really annoys me is that people make such a big issue out of it, and the righteous indignation is a big turnoff. It makes an enemy out of a potential ally.
