    Oh semantics.

The number of people who would prefer no nations makes me lol.

You knew my position regardless of whether or not you were happy with the execution of its articulation.

It's not semantics if one's answer would be different based on the different phrasings.

You're smart enough to connect the dots on what I meant just as Nic is, at this point it just seems like you're trying to score points.

Wrong. You were trying to score points by misrepresenting what people actually agreed with.

I also like how you say 'semantics' as if semantics were some minor detail.

Actually it's one of the questions that made me bring up the middle ground point. I really wanted to answer it neutrally because I think the question points to two very different systems, and as society evolves in the future (as it will continue doing throughout its existence) going either way has vast pros and cons.

    It is a minor detail.

Everyone will construe their argument in a way most beneficial to them.

Everyone is always trying to score points.

Anyway, why I find that stance ridiculous is that people just seem to gloss over the fact that a one world gov't would necessarily diminish the uniqueness of individual cultures.

I could see a global gov't that existed in addition to extant state gov'ts. People seem to enjoy having distinct countries and cultures. They like their differences, and I'm assuming they would fight tooth and nail to maintain them.

Now if the three of you are done, maybe so can be the derail you authored.

That would be a rather foolish statement from anyone who did care about the meaning of words. Fortunately, you do not. So I deign to interpret it as reasonably as imagination permits me. Still pretty silly, though.

    You're 73% conservative, 27% liberal.

Idk, seems too high, I thought I would have been 50-50.

    Liberal qualities
You like cats more than dogs
You prefer documentaries over action movies
    You have a messy desk
    You use a modern browser
You prefer the Met to Times Square

    Conservative qualities
You think kids should respect authority
You're not wild about fusion cuisine
You think the government should treat the lives of its citizens as much more valuable than those of other countries
You don't think your partner should be looking at porn alone
You think the world benefits from nations and borders
You're proud of your country's history

ex. for some of the cons answers I just placed "slightly disagree" (ex. porn) but I don't know if the test took that into account.
