Default Could you pass the current U.S. Citizenship Test?

Simple question. This quiz comes from 100 questions that are used on the U.S. Citizenship Test (average-to-difficult ones). How well can you do? I got all twenty correct, but I have studied a lot of Early American History and Political Science. Give it a shot.

This is on the honor system, because posting a link to your scores will show the correct answers. So, please don't do that.

Still, that is very good. Apparently, the INS people want something around 80% (16 out of 20).

80% I bet Don would ace this.
“There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old’s life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.”

75%. I am ousted from my own country because I did not know the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court's name.
