In what way? I dont think anyone "tried" it.

Anyway, things I'd love it if everyone had, besids guns that is:-

    - Ability to read.
    - Patience.
    - An ounce of wit.
    - Good driving skills.
    - Consideration.
    - Equanimity. Balance. Good temperament.
    - Manners.
    - Enough money.
    - Zero Tolerence.
    - Social conscience.

Like that's just of the top of my head.

My father used to teach there.

    Anyway, facts are facts.
Precisely, your study is not based on genuine facts.
Epistemologically, it is laughable. As I said, since its impact factor is close to zero, it means it should not be trusted as a reliable source, or that the authors made too much mistakes during their attempt at recognition by their peers.

Others may not like the right to bear arms, of course. But that doesn't by any means make those with opinions wrong.
But those with this opinion are clearly wrong when they pretend to base their opinion on known case of scientific fraud, just like the study you quoted...

Well, that's more than likely, I admit it.

Even in French, gauche can be used as an adjective to suggest something is maladroit or awkward.

True. But this word can express lots of sous-entendus as well...

When used on this side of the pond it means tacky in its most common vernacular use.

But if you're going from the textbook definition I would say unsophisticated.
