    From the comments section:
This young man was prosecuted more strongly than the criminals who defrauded many people recently out of a total of 91 million dollars, destroying lives and futures, intentionally and are unable to pay the people back.
Yet another case of escape-goat example or simple collateral damage of The Ways of the System?

I was thinking about starting a thread about this because I was surprised no one brought this up yet.

Nothing will happen to Ortiz and Heymann (the overzealous prosecutors), unfortunately. Those in power never pay the price for their abuse.
"We grow up thinking that beliefs are something to be proud of, but they're really nothing but opinions one refuses to reconsider. Beliefs are easy. The stronger your beliefs are, the less open you are to growth and wisdom, because "strength of belief" is only the intensity with which you resist questioning yourself. As soon as you are proud of a belief, as soon as you think it adds something to who you are, then you've made it a part of your ego."

    scapegoat 469 up, 47 down
(n.) A scapegoat is an event person or object that is used to lay the blame on for all that goes wrong, regardless of the contributions of others. This will usually carry on until the scapegoat has gone, or has managed to successfully defend itself against the arguements presented to it.
I was referring to the possible agenda the DoJ might had as discussed in the comments section. The other thing is just a byproduct of a system of laws made and run by ignorant dinosaurs.
