ROFLMFAO. Yeah. Exactly. This is a big opportunity!

... and better yet, we don't have to listen to any more freaking campaign ads for at least a few days. Win-win, I think.

I survived the Snowpocalypse back in '10 when I was still living in Washington. Ya'll will live. Enjoy the week off school.
And so long as you haven’t experienced this: to die and so to grow,
you are only a troubled guest on the dark earth

Yeah it's sickening. It will be all over a week from Tuesday, thank God.

You know what, I'd rather be buried in foots of snow than get a whole lot of rain. Snow will shut it down! Rain won't, until somebody dies.

Lol Well, now I'm intrigued. I think if I knew someone that knew someone, etc., I'd have to check it out...just to satisfy my curiosity...and so I could say I'd gone. I'm totally sticking to that story...yep.

Well, given my unpleasant home situation, I'd almost rather be trapped at work, if I had to be trapped. Altho I have better snacks here, the irritation factor would be lower. I have a master key for the office...so I could hide in a number of locked rooms if coworkers get too annoying...Hehe

It actually sounds kinda fun, in a group situation. Lots of stuff to do, hang out, watch the excitement, have an experience that you'll be recounting 20 years from now.
That's how I've been approaching it! Even if things go (slightly) wrong, it'll still be a great story afterwards.
unless of course one of them catches the Zombie virus or you're trapped in your dorm for three weeks and suddenly are fighting over who eats whom to live.
It may in fact become that without the Zombie virus... God knows what'll happen to us when we run out of beer and peanut butter!

Yeah, we won't get that kind of snow. After snowpocalypse, we bought a snow blower. As long as that thing is functional, there will be no need for it.

LOL yeah I was 'ready' for winter last year too- surprise!

I dunno- I don't need the snow but at least make it cold. Something about those moderate temps that bothered me. I mean the winter does kill germs and crap. And we paid for it this past summer.

Ugh. I know. And the bugs, too. The cold usually knocks out some of the stupid bugs, too. I'm fine with the cold (to a point...into the 20s for any length of time is too cold...) And I can deal with snow, up to about 6 inches or so, but more than that and it moves past mildly annoying to full on pain in the ass...never mind how utterly stupid the snow makes people...
