Default Romney's 47 percent and FDR.

But here is the challenge to our democracy: In this nation I see tens of millions of its citizens--a substantial part of its whole population--who at this very moment are denied the greater part of what the very lowest standards of today call the necessities of life...

    I see one-third of a nation ill-housed, ill-clad, ill-nourished.

But it is not in despair that I paint you that picture. I paint it for you in hope--because the nation, seeing and understanding the injustice in it, proposes to paint it out. We are determined to make every American citizen the subject of his country's interest and concern; and we will never regard any faithful law-abiding group within our borders as superfluous. The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much; it is whether we provide enough for those who have too little. - Franklin D. Roosevelt, 1937
Which is why FDR will always be my favorite president, followed by: Lincoln, Eisenhower, and Lyndon B. Johnson.

We are still ranked #93 in income equality
We have an increasing number of people using food stamps because the conditions right now warrant them.
Corporations are the only way to make the jobs unless congress is willing to add more public sector jobs, which is the one defining factor people in congress has been unwilling to add more of.
We have a person who has that possibility of becoming president who is willing to write off close to half the population.

    Commie trash

He never even implemented tax breaks for billionaires

FDR is the worst president. He created welfare and destroyed entire nations. His ideas paved the way for rampant imperialism and the economic crises we see today.

Unfortunately, those millionaires and billionaire thought it was their duty to pay their tax, even if it was higher than most everyone. Millionaires today like the Koch Brothers =/= Millionaires of yesteryear. That is the difference between the weak rich of today (like Romney) and the strong rich of yesteryear.

FDR, helped pave the way to a burgeoning society, you can look at statistics and find that the income inequality started around the 60's, thank you very much, and it got worse by the 80's and the turn of the century until the Great Recession.

The causes are numerous, an unwillingness to fund roads with tax money, a willingness to cut into education from K-16, a willingness to privatize everything from schools to prisons to make money. You name it, some millionaire and billionaire has come up with it.
