How effectively can they be split? This conversation has a lot to do with competing budget proposals, yes? A budget doesn't just dictate how much spending there is, but also has ideological ideas about what is ot isn't worth spending on.

For all that we have done, as a civilization, as individuals, the universe is not stable, and nor is any single thing within it. Stars consume themselves, the universe itself rushes apart, and we ourselves are composed of matter in constant flux. Colonies of cells in temporary alliance, replicating and decaying and housed within, an incandescent cloud of electrical impulses. This is reality, this is self knowledge, and the perception of it will, of course, make you dizzy.

No, I understand the term just fine.

Apparently you just never learned how to write a coherent sentence.

Yeah... that's it. No one takes you seriously, so you go around arguing with people who disagree with you not because you're wrong, but because everybody else is wrong. You keep believing that.

Yes, your sentence was poorly written and incoherent.

And you're pretty much the last person who should be talking about who is or who is not taken seriously.

Perhaps you're just not as intelligent as you think you are.

You couldn't understand Jennifer either. It seems this is a consistent problem for you.
